1. About Fun Bobby

Fun Bobby creates and sells customised wedding stationery, greeting cards, bookmarks, games, pop-culture products, posters, theme party décor and other personalised products.

Since many of our products are made specifically for you, please make sure all the information you provide while placing an order is accurate.

2. Placing an Order

Once an order is placed and payment is received, we begin processing your order.

For customised or personalised products, production will begin only after the required details, content, artwork or approvals have been received from the customer.

Full payment is required to confirm an order, unless otherwise agreed with Fun Bobby.

3. Customised & Personalised Products

For customised products, customers are responsible for providing the correct:

  • Names and spellings

  • Dates and event details

  • Addresses

  • Quantities

  • Design preferences

  • Images, logos or other information required for production

Please review all details carefully before approving the final design.

Once a customised product has been approved for production, changes, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Fun Bobby will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided or approved by the customer.

4. Design Approval

Where applicable, a digital proof/mock-up will be shared with the customer before production.

Once the design is approved, it will be considered final. Any changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and may not always be possible.

Colours may appear slightly different on screens compared to the final printed product due to differences in screens, printers and printing processes.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of purchase.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or additional customisation charges will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeline communicated at the time of purchase.

However, delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Fun Bobby is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives torn, damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, Fun Bobby will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

8. Cancellations

Orders for customised or personalised products may not be cancelled once production has started.

For non-customised products, cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to Fun Bobby's refund policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customised nature of many of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering or personalised products.

If a product arrives damaged, torn or defective, we will provide a replacement in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, text, product concepts and other content created by or for Fun Bobby remain the intellectual property of Fun Bobby or the respective rights holder, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our designs or content without prior written permission.

For customer-provided photographs, logos, artwork or other materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide and use such content.

11. Pop-Culture Products

Fun Bobby may create products inspired by popular culture, themes and entertainment references.

Any third-party names, characters, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Fun Bobby does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property unless expressly stated.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences in colour, texture, size or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, printing processes and the nature of handmade/customised products.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fun Bobby will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the website's functioning, or use our content for unlawful purposes.
