At Fun Bobby, every order is made with care and packed before it reaches you. However, if your product arrives torn, damaged, or defective, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or torn, please contact us at +91 7060807382 or mail us at sales@funbobby.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear video of the damaged product while opening the package.
- A video of the packaging, if applicable
- Your order details
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
Please Note
- Replacement is applicable only for products that arrive damaged, torn, or defective.
- We do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or minor variations that are part of handmade/customised products.
- For customised wedding stationery and personalised products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
- Replacement will be subject to product availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.
