Shipping policy

At Fun Bobby, most of our products are customised and made especially for you. Because of this, we need a little time to prepare, print, pack and ship your order.

Processing & Shipping Time

Our standard processing time is 7–10 working days from the date we receive all the required details and final design approval from the customer.

Please note that the processing timeline also depends on the client's response time. Delays in sharing information, approving designs, or making decisions may extend the production timeline.

Once your order has been shipped, it generally takes 5–7 working days to reach you, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Estimated Overall Timeline

Order Confirmation → Design Approval → Production → Shipping → Delivery

7–10 working days for processing + 5–7 working days for delivery

Please allow approximately 15 working days in total for your order to be completed and delivered.

Important Note

For wedding and event orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date. While we always try our best to meet your required timeline, delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order, and we'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable.
